79th Independence Day Celebration
On 15th August 2025, the 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at Kusum Goyal Dr. Santosh Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. The program began with the arrival of dignitaries, accompanied by a marching band. This was followed by a parade performed by the NCC cadet students.
The flag hoisting was carried out by the Chief Guest, Mr. Kavit Bansal, and the Special Guest, Mr. Vedpal Ji, Co-Province Contact Head of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Meerut Province, along with Mr. Vishok Kumar Ji, Provincial Inspector from Vidya Bharati, who was the keynote speaker.
From the School Management Committee, the event was graced by the presence of Manager Mrs. Deepti Mittal, President Mr. Dhoorendra Goyal, Committee Members Mrs. Ritu Kansal, Mr. Neeraj Mittal, and Mr. Yogesh Kumar Goyal. From the Alumni Council, Mr. Eklavya Vaisla, CA Mr. Sachin Gupta, Advocate Mr. Mohit Nagar, Advocate Mr. Vikas Bhadauria, Ms. Gurpreet, and Ms. Kanika were also present.
The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by all the distinguished guests. The cultural program began with a Saraswati Vandana (prayer to Goddess Saraswati). Beautiful and captivating cultural performances were presented by the students.
The introduction of the guests was done by the Principal, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma. Afterwards, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Ji, Chief General Manager (Retd.) NTPC, gifted five bicycles to students for their excellent academic performance.
The entire school family and many parents attended the program. The event was anchored by Mr. Rahul Verma, PGT Accounts.
The program concluded with the national song, "Vande Mataram."
